Our goal is to provide exceptional pediatric dental care in a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for children. Dr. Webb, Dr. Cole, and our professional staff are specially trained to treat children and adolescents. We cater to special needs and emphasize preventive care.

Clare Gruber
Clare has lived in Chattanooga most of her life and has worked various jobs over the years; Special Education Teacher, Insurance Enroller, Office Manager, Event Planning, Retail and now the dental world! Clare is married with two sons and is a huge Alabama fan. Clare and her family love attending games when they can or watching them on TV. Clare loves to volunteer and raise money for the Humane Educational Society as she has three shelter pups who are spoiled rotten and deeply loved!
Argelia Gembe
Argelia is a Chattanooga native who loves her city. She joined the Splash Smiles team in August of 2020 and has since loved being apart of the pediatric dentistry world. Outside of work, Argelia enjoys running and spending time with friends and family. She has a husky named Zeus that she absolutely adores. Argelia also loves fun times at the beach and being in the sun!
Myrsaides is a Registered Dental Assistant. She graduated in 2011 from Daymar Institute. Myrsaides and her husband moved to Chattanooga from Murfreesburo in February of 2014. She has worked in the dental field working as a receptionist and with insurance since being out school. Myrsaides enjoys working with people, and she is always willing to help out in any way she can. Myrsaides also has a daughter named Audrey. While being a wife and a mom; she loves coloring, hunting, fishing, and relaxing by her pool with her family while she is not at work.

Betty Brown
Betty has worked for the practice since 2007. She grew up in Chattanooga as an only child and graduated from Brainerd High School, as well as the UT School of Dental Hygiene in Memphis. Betty lives in Middle Valley area in Hixson, and has two children and two grandchildren. She loves working on her farm with her horses and dogs. The beautiful views and peacefulness of her farm makes her feel like she’s on vacation all the time! She also loves to travel, see and experience new places and things.
Haley worked as a dental assistant for five years prior to completing the Dental Hygiene program at Chattanooga State in 2019. She married her husband Cody in May of 2023, and they welcomed a daughter, Baylor, July 2024. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, cuddling her pups, and traveling with her family. Haley is thrilled to work with children everyday, and honored to be apart of the Splash Smiles team!

Abby Butler
Abby joined Splash Smiles in 2021. She has worked in pediatric dentistry for twenty-two years as a dental hygienist. Abby grew up in Chattanooga and loves working in the community where she lives. Abby is married to a wonderful man named Greg and together they have three beautiful daughters: Madison, Cailyn, and Gracen. In her downtime, she enjoys being with her family either at the golf course or the softball fields.
Kaylie graduated the dental hygiene program at Chattanooga State in May of 2021, and started with Splash Smiles in January of 2023. Kaylie loves working with kids and is excited to be a part of the Splash Smiles Team! Outside of work, Kaylie enjoys art, reading, & anything that involves being outdoors.

Sarah Johnson
Sarah was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN and graduated from Baylor high school. Upon graduating, Sarah decided to become a dental assistant. Sarah joined the Splash Smiles team in 2018 and loves working with children and being in the pediatric setting. Sarah has three kitties and two dogs! Sarah is newly married to her high school sweetheart, Gage. In her free time, Sarah enjoys doing outdoor activities.
Taylor is a Tennessee native, she grew up with her family in Jasper. She went to Miller-Motte College to receive her Dental Assisting degree. In the summer of 2022, Taylor began working with Splash Smiles in the hopes of protecting little ones’ smiles as they grow. When Taylor is not at work, she enjoys baking, hiking, and traveling. Taylor is thrilled to be a part of the Splash family!
